We will endeavour to make every effort to match students to teachers that they relate best to. All of our teachers bring different skills to the table, however, lessons are taught in the exact same format.
What if I can’t make a lesson due to ill-health?
With 24 hours’ notice we will organise a make-up lesson for you. Unfortunately for group lessons there cannot be a make-up class. The teachers will allocate a day or two during the school holidays for make-up lessons.
There is no refund policy for group lessons. If you miss the lesson you forfeit the lesson.
If 24 hours’ cancellation notice is given prior to your private lesson you will receive a make up lesson. Your teacher will choose one day on the school holidays to hold make up lessons if you are unable to attend the lesson is forfeited and payment is to be made in full.
Do you only teach modern vocal?
Whilst we are predominantly modern vocal we also offer all styles of singing.
Do you have an online presence?
We have a Facebook page, Instagram and website. We also have a staff/student/parent portal which includes timetables, upcoming events, invoicing, student progress reports, and teacher comments. You will be given access to the portal after we receive payment for the term.
Are there any performance opportunities throughout the year?
Creative Souls is a regular at both Cardinia and Berwick Relays for Life. We currently have an end-of-year concert but are hoping to introduce a mid-year event as well. We will post information about local eisteddfods and competitions as well as any opportunities we hear about. This year we will be looking at opportunities for the students to perform at local venues.
